Reception conditions & layout of the house
The hotel is located in Graffigny-Chemin, Haute-Marne, a village of only 200 inhabitants, in a traditional Lorraine stone house. The house has been renovated to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay.
Conceived as a suite of 80 m², all rooms are on the first floor.
The French “chambre d’hôte” related laws require breakfast to be provided and the owner to live on the premises. This is the case here to one difference: I grant you full privacy by leaving you the house for your personal use. I will be staying at your disposal in the house next door.
Make yourself at home and enjoy the terrace in the garden.
You can go for a worry walk through the paths in the surroundings. At nightfall, you only have to walk a few hundred meters away to admire the stars.
In addition to breakfast, it is possible to serve you a traditional meal composed of local products (quiche, cheese, cold cuts, etc…) and from my own production (vegetables from the garden, fruits, etc….).

Commitment to quality local production
The solid oak bed as well as the furniture were made by local craftsmen.
The mattress is of high quality and made in France for the hotel industry.
The bed linen also comes from a traditional company in the Vosges.
Extra double room on the second floor
A second bedroom is available on the top floor.

A traditional cuisine made with local ingredients, usually from my own production or from local bakers/butchers/cream makers.

House Rules
The customer has to respect the peaceful character of the place and use it in conformity with its regular use. He/she undertakes to return the rooms in good condition. In the event of damage, the client agrees to refund the expenses incurred. Parents must take care of their children. The rooms are non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
