Booking terms sum up

Booking conditions and deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total room rate plus a minimum charge of one night per room is required in advance. By making this payment, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Payment of the remaining balance

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. You can choose to pay by check, bank transfer, PayPal or cash. Bank transfer and PayPal fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of cancellation by the guest

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the first day of your stay: 100% refund

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of your stay: No refund will be made.

If you arrive after 8pm on the first day of your stay, no refund will be given.

If you do not notify us of your late arrival, you may not be able to use the room. In this case, the full amount of your stay must still be paid.

If you shorten your stay to less than the originally booked number of days, no refund will be made.

You will be charged the full amount of your stay according to your original reservation.

In case of cancellation after arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Check-in: 5 p.m. ↔ 8 p.m.

Check-out time: 10 a.m.

To avoid bank charges on international transactions and in order to guarantee your reservation, we recommend that you only pay in advance the deposit corresponding to one night in the main room. Payment for additional services and changes can be made on site.
