Graffigny-Chemin
Small rural village of Haute-Marne which has preserved many of its old habits and customs. Surrounded by hills and forests, it has been enjoying the benefits of nature for millennia. The agricultural production of quality and proximity makes it possible to appreciate every day the arts of the table.
It is an ideal place to recharge one’s batteries and enjoy life in complete serenity.
This village is at the crossroads of regions with different cultures and complementary charms. Burgundy/Champagne/Lorraine/Alsace.
A car is essential to get there but Graffigny-Chemin is located 5 minutes from exit 8.1 of the A31 freeway (Nancy-Dijon axis) which offers a very practical and fast access to the main cities of the surrounding regions.
Bourmont, the smallest town in France, is 5 km away. The main services and shops are nearby.
Two spa towns, namely, Contrexéville and Vittel, are 20 minutes away.

The origins of the project
My family is established in the same village for several centuries. I spent a childhood in the true countryside where I acquired a taste for autonomy, freedom and love for my region.
Later, I moved to Japan during my master degree in history. Shortly after I went back to France, I stopped teaching and graduated in international business. For ten years, I have been experimenting a various types of jobs including tour guide and receptionist in the luxury hotel industry. In the same time, I kept traveling to travel and made amazing encounters. It appeared clear to me that I had a talent for understanding people’s expectations.
Taking stock of my failures and successes, I realized that I was leading a life that was at odds with my love of independence and contradicted the common sense in which I had been raised. That is why, building on the solid foundations of the past and my experience, I decided to change my lifestyle and return to live in my native village which allows for a serene and healthy lifestyle where the values of authenticity, freedom and sharing are still alive.
This is precisely what I would like to share with you.
